The Catcher in the Rye
Although at first I found this book mildly interesting, further on I found that the narrator (Holden Caulfield) became... frustrating to listen to. Looking back, I realise that his characteristics are probbly due to his past, and if I were to read this book again, then I would probably understand the concept that Salinger has written about. As a classic, I would reccomend it to be read once, but as I felt it a bit of a struggle to finish (and unless you wish to understand it fully), I would suggest that once is enough.
